A Modified Hydrologic Model Algorithm Based on Integrating Graph Theory and GIS Database

Ensuring high quantity and quality of water for humans is becoming more important because the supply risks in extreme climates. With increasing urbanization, urban resource management increasingly important. The hydrologic analysis pipelines can help decision-makers understand pressure, flow rate, quality, possible leakages, extending feasible strategies sustainable development smart cities. In this study, an improved model was built by integrating connectivity graph theory geographic information system (GIS) database. Neihu Division Taipei Water Department Taiwan taken as example to explain proposed process method, 15,131 confluence data items were used analyze differences between method WaterGEMS. results show that total head parameters, 72% had zero differences, 28% a difference less than 1 m, about 99% confluences pressure m. comparison 120 on-site measurements showed 85% error 20%. above demonstrated applicability on similar scales its benefit
